Mayo Hotta
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mayo served for over twelve years as an investment and portfolio manager at SoftBank HQ in Japan, reporting directly to CEO Masayoshi Son. During this time, Mayo acquired, invested, and incorporated approximately 100 small to large companies and funds such as: Alibaba, Vodafone Japan, Bio Fund, China & India Fund, MySpace and many IT companies. This invaluable experience gave Mayo a global understanding of finance, portfolio management and private-public partnership.
Since relocating to Israel in 2017, Mayo has been focused on introducing cutting-edge technologies to Japanese companies and working to localize these solutions in Japan.
Idan Fine
Founder & Managing Partner
Highly passionate about bringing together people and solutions, Idan implements design-thinking and human-centered research methods in his everyday work. As an expert in digital communications, social media marketing strategy, and creative thinking, as well as his experience in leading complex military operations, Idan brings international understanding and creativity to the team.

Idan led the first strategic partnership between Japan's top marketing giant Dentsu and an Israeli agency. He has since led multiple such endeavors with leading international tech companies.
Idan is a former Naval officer, he holds a Masters of Design from Bezalel Academy and studied game design at Shenkar College.
